Prime Nights for Targeting Rays and Shallow-Water Species
Saint Andrew Bay - Bay, FL
The shallow waters of Panama City Beach have been active after sunset, making it a great time to book a bowfishing trip. Stingrays continue to be the top target, especially around the grassy flats and sandy shorelines. Visibility has been solid on clear nights, giving anglers a great chance to spot rays gliding through the shallows.
Along with stingrays, anglers are seeing an increase in sheepshead, mullet, and the occasional flounder. Warmer evening temps are drawing in more movement, so timing your trip around dusk has been productive.
If you're planning to get out on the water, now's a solid window—especially with calm wind conditions expected to continue this week.
